Toshiba MV Voltage Regulator
MONOPHAZE MV REGULATOR
Load changes in electrical systems over the years cause voltage imbalances (voltage rise or fall) in the energy supply system. This harms the power quality. To solve this problem, it is not economically reasonable to reorganize the overhead lines that have been made so far. Apart from this, methods such as the following are used to correct the voltage value;
To increase the step value of the power transformers in the step-down centers,
To make power factor correction by means of capacitor banks,
Establishing new substations.
Medium Voltage Mono-Phase Voltage Regulator has been proven to be the best cost/benefit solution to power quality problems caused by voltage imbalances all over the world. This solution can be easily used in downstream substations, private or operational substations with its flexible installation convenience. Making the voltage regulation from MV (medium voltage) to MV (medium voltage) provides both cost and ease of use compared to other solutions.
Usage: It is connected in series to the line in the distribution network. Voltage variation up to ±15% can be regulated with TOSHIBA MV regulator.
Related Standards: IEEE ANSI C57-15/2009, IEC 60076-21 Edition 1.0 2011-12, NBR 11809/1991
Areas of Use: It can be used with one or more transformers to prevent voltage fluctuations in distribution companies and industrial facilities.
